Welcome to CADE

We are a company that understands a person to be an integral being who feels, thinks and acts. We are convinced that being human has its riches and shortcomings and that one has the potential to build and carry out a life project. We believe that anxiety, affective, eating and personality disorders are alterations that can affect biological, psychological, family and social aspects of a life. We know that clients can recover when they are able to know and understand themselves, control their impulses, express their feelings and ultimately build self-confidence.

History

Due to an increase in eating disorders noted in the last decades, the need was evident that there be a clinic in Guadalajara specializing in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia and compulsive eating. Therefore, in September of 2000, the HELIOS Emotional and Food Center was born. This was the first clinic in Guadalajara to specialize in the multidisciplinary treatment of eating disorders.

Over time an increase of people with depression, anxiety, stress and personality disorders was also being identified, and due to the success of HELIOS´s treatment model, we opened CADE (Center for Anxiety, Depression and Stress), where psychiatrists, psychotherapists, doctors and nutritionists could specialize in treating these disorders through internment, semi-hospitalization and outpatient treatment programs in a warm and safe environment.

In October 2006, the two clinics merged to offer their treatments at the same address, thus becoming the CADE-HELIOS Clinic where, under the direction of Dr. José Gustavo Cuéllar de Dios and Psic. Ma. Patricia Domínguez Huerta, we use a multidisciplinary approach to treat men and women suffering from anorexia, bulimia, compulsive eating, codependence, depression, bipolar depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, borderline personality disorder and other diseases affecting the quality of life.
